Certain sentimental keepsakes, such as a charm or bracelet, may not fit between the two glass panels. In these cases, they will be secured to the outside of the frame instead.

Once the bouquet has been dropped off, refunds for this add-on cannot be issued, even if you later decide not to include it in your design, as work on the design will already have begun.
